Safety is the top priority when using Airwheel electric trunks. Here’s a step-by-step guide to ensure a secure and smooth experience:
Before riding, always turn on the power switch and set the telescopic switch to “Ⅰ” to unfold the handlebar. Reset it to “0” once unfolded, then adjust the handlebar height to a comfortable position. Ensure all locks are secured and check for any looseness in the structure. The telescopic design extends the wheelbase by 180mm, enhancing stability on uneven surfaces.
When riding, use the right acceleration handle for forward motion and the left brake handle for reverse. Avoid simultaneous operation of both handles to prevent unintended reverse movement. Maintain a firm grip on the handlebar and stay aware of your surroundings. The maximum speed of 13km/h (for SE3S) is designed for safety, but always follow local traffic rules.
For towing, turn off the power and pull out the adjustable towing rod. This allows you to drag the trunk like a regular suitcase, with height settings tailored to different user heights. Never tow it while the power is on to avoid accidents.
Charging is straightforward: connect a USB cable to the external USB port for device charging. For the modular battery, remove the lithium battery (73.26Wh) and charge it separately via its USB interface. Always use the original charger to prevent damage.
Safety features like the TSA-compliant lock and modular battery design ensure secure storage and easy removal during customs checks. Pair the trunk with the official app to monitor speed, battery levels, and customize settings. Regularly check the lock combination and ensure the suitcase meets 20-inch carry-on standards for air travel.
